How do I know which size to order for my dog?
Since we’re custom-to-order, everything is made to the size you provide to us when placing your order. You can check out our measurement page for assistance in measuring your Bestie. However, if you’re having issues measuring your Bestie or have any questions regarding sizing, please reach out to us at sayhello@saintsandsuperheroes.com - we’d be happy to help you!
Why is your “diamond” neckwear so expensive?
All of our “diamond” neckwear contain the utmost finest crystals, which are expensive. Every piece is 100% handcrafted + custom to order - exclusively created for your Bestie in our Downtown, Los Angeles studio. We wanted to create the highest-quality, most beautiful neckwear for you and your Bestie, included with beautiful handcrafted elements and brilliantly cut crystals. You can check out our work/studio page for more detailed information on the materials we use and the handcrafted production of all our products.
What if you don’t offer the size I’d like to order?
If you don’t see a certain size you’d wish to order, please reach out to us and let us know. We’d be happy to help.
Since everything is custom, made-to-order, how long should I expect production to take?
It varies, each of our items have different production time and we’ve included in the details of each product description the estimated production time. We’re a very small studio and work very hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. If an item you selected to purchase is out of stock, unavailable or a foreseeable longer production time than specified, we'll notify you by email immediately. Once we ship your order, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
How much is shipping?
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate depending on the number of items purchased and or if it’s diamond wear including crystals.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently are only shipping within the U.S.A. However, in the very near future we’ll be accepting orders and shipping Internationally. If you’d like, you can reach out to us at sayhello@saintsandsuperheroes.com and we’d be happy to update you once we’re accepting International orders. I was overwhelmed when selecting a size from the dropdown and noticed the pricing was different than what had appeared on the product page. Why is this?
Yes, it may seem overwhelming. However, to make it easier, measure your Bestie’s neck first. Please check out our measurement page to guide you in getting the correct measurement. We strive for a perfect fit and also offer half-sizing for most all our collars/ neckwear. Along with selecting a size, we also offer different width options. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. As for the pricing, the product page list the “From” price, which is that products starting price point. As the size and or width increases, the price will do so as well. The final price will appear upon checkout.
When selecting product options, such as; sizing, width, leather, crystal colors, hardware and or setting finishes. Why are there options missing from the products drop-down menu?
Not to worry, once you’ve selected from the drop-down menu choices, a pop up will appear and you’ll be able to select different options for further customization. This goes for most all our product listings.
